HOW TO USE:
- Unpack the Display: Carefully remove the 8901 display kit from its packaging. The main 8900 display board will be preassembled.
- Mount the Display (Optional): If desired, secure the 8900 display board to a wall or suitable fixture using appropriate mounting hardware (not included) to ensure stability.
- Place Included Tools: Position the two 8000 professional grease guns, four 8003 pistol grip grease guns, and two 8006 suction guns onto their designated hooks and within the two 8031 grease gun holders on the display board.
- Load Grease Guns (For Use): To use a grease gun, unscrew the barrel, insert a 14 oz. grease cartridge, or load bulk grease via suction or a grease pump. Reattach the barrel securely.
- Prime the Grease Gun (If Necessary): Operate the handle repeatedly until grease begins to flow from the coupler, ensuring air is purged from the system.
- Attach to Zerk Fitting: Press the grease gun's coupler firmly onto the lubrication zerk fitting on the equipment requiring grease.
- Dispense Grease: Actuate the grease gun's handle (lever for 8000, trigger for 8003) to dispense grease into the fitting until sufficient lubrication is achieved or back-pressure is felt.
- Detach Coupler: To remove the coupler, slightly angle it and pull it off the zerk fitting.
- Use Suction Gun (For Fluid Transfer): To use the 8006 suction gun, extend the plunger to create suction, then place the nozzle into the fluid you wish to draw. Retract the plunger to fill the gun. To dispense, push the plunger forward.
- Return Tools to Display: After use, clean the tools and return them to their designated spots on the 8901 display board for organized storage.
