HOW TO USE:

1. Prepare Your Work Area: Ensure your painting environment is clean, well-ventilated, and adequately lit. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) including a respirator, safety glasses, and gloves.
2. Mix and Filter Paint: Prepare your paint according to the manufacturer's recommendations, ensuring proper thinning and thorough mixing. Strain the paint through a fine-mesh filter to remove any impurities that could clog the gun.
3. Fill the Siphon Cup: Securely attach the PCL7B2 700mL siphon cup to the bottom of the spray gun. Pour the prepared paint into the cup, ensuring it is filled to an appropriate level to avoid spills and maintain siphon action.
4. Connect Air Supply: Attach your air hose to the air inlet on the spray gun. Set your air compressor to the recommended atomizing air pressure of 0.24 MPa.
5. Adjust Spray Pattern and Fluid Flow: Test the spray pattern on a piece of scrap material. Adjust the pattern control knob to achieve the desired fan shape (from round to wide). Adjust the fluid control knob to regulate the amount of paint flowing through the nozzle, ensuring even coverage without runs or dry spots.
6. Apply Paint: Maintain a consistent distance of 200mm from the surface. Use smooth, overlapping passes, triggering the gun at the beginning of each stroke and releasing at the end. Keep the gun perpendicular to the surface to ensure even application.
7. Clean After Use: Immediately after painting, empty any remaining paint from the cup. Disassemble the air cap and fluid nozzle components. Clean all parts thoroughly with the appropriate cleaning solvent. Flush the gun body by spraying solvent through it until clear.
