HOW TO USE:
- Prepare the Spray Gun: Ensure the gun is clean and free from any previous material. Connect the 700mL PCG7EM aluminum cup to the spray gun.
- Mix and Pour Material: Thoroughly mix your primer or high-viscosity material according to the manufacturer's specifications. Strain the material to remove any particulates, then carefully pour it into the 700mL aluminum cup.
- Connect Air Supply: Attach an appropriate air hose to the spray gun's air inlet. Ensure your air compressor is set to the recommended air pressure of 20 PSI for optimal performance.
- Adjust Spray Pattern: Test the spray pattern on a practice surface. Adjust the fluid control knob and the air cap (for pattern width) to achieve the desired spray pattern and material flow.
- Apply Coating: Hold the gun perpendicular to the surface at a consistent distance (typically 6–8 inches). Trigger the gun fully before starting your pass and release it after finishing the pass to avoid build-up at the edges. Overlap each pass by 50% for even coverage.
- Clean After Use: Immediately after use, empty any remaining material from the cup. Thoroughly clean the spray gun by flushing it with the appropriate cleaning solvent until no traces of paint remain. Disassemble the air cap and fluid tip if necessary for detailed cleaning.
