HOW TO USE:
- Prepare Material: Ensure your paint or coating material is properly mixed and strained to the recommended viscosity for HVLP application.
- Attach Cup: Securely attach the PCL7B2 700mL siphon cup to the bottom of the spray gun, ensuring a tight seal. Fill the cup with your prepared material.
- Connect Air Supply: Connect an air hose from your compressor to the air inlet of the spray gun. Ensure your air compressor is set to deliver the recommended atomizing air pressure of 14 PSI.
- Adjust Controls: Adjust the fluid control knob to regulate the amount of paint flow and the pattern control knob to achieve the desired spray pattern width (up to 7.5 inches).
- Test Spray: Before applying to your final surface, perform a test spray on scrap material to verify the spray pattern, atomization, and fluid output. Make any necessary adjustments.
- Apply Coating: Hold the spray gun at the recommended distance of 200 mm (7.9 inches) from the surface. Apply paint in even, overlapping passes, moving at a consistent speed to ensure uniform coverage.
- Clean After Use: Immediately after use, thoroughly clean the spray gun by flushing it with appropriate cleaning solvents to prevent paint from drying inside and clogging the components.
