HOW TO USE:
- Setup: Secure the workpiece to the mill/drill table using clamps or a vise. Ensure the machine is level and properly grounded.
- Drilling: Choose the appropriate drill bit size for your application. Install the bit into the R8 spindle and tighten the collet securely. Select the desired spindle speed based on the material and bit size. Engage the feed mechanism and carefully lower the drill bit into the workpiece, drilling to the required depth.
- Milling: Install the appropriate milling cutter into the R8 spindle. Set the spindle speed and feed rate according to the material and cutter specifications. Position the cutter over the workpiece and engage the feed mechanism. Use the table controls to move the workpiece in the desired direction for milling operations.
