HOW TO USE:
- Connect Air Supply: Attach a 3/8" minimum diameter air hose to the 1/4" NPT air inlet on the grinder. Ensure the air compressor can supply at least 5 CFM at the required pressure.
- Select Grinding Accessory: Choose the appropriate 1/4" shank grinding, sanding, or polishing accessory for your task. Insert the shank into the collet and tighten it securely using the provided wrench to prevent slippage during operation.
- Adjust Air Pressure/Speed: Use the built-in air regulator to set the desired speed. Start with a lower speed and gradually increase it until you find the optimal setting for your material and accessory.
- Engage Tool: With a firm grip, position the grinding accessory on your workpiece. Depress the lever throttle control with the roller to start the tool. Maintain control and apply steady pressure as you work.
- Maintain Work Area: The rear exhaust will direct air away from your work. Regularly clear any debris and ensure proper ventilation in your workspace.
- Disengage Tool: Release the lever throttle to stop the grinder. Disconnect the air supply when finished or when changing accessories.
