HOW TO USE:
- Prepare the Vehicle: Park the vehicle on a flat, level, and stable surface. Engage the parking brake and place wheel chocks on the wheels that will remain on the ground to prevent unintended movement.
- Locate Lift Points: Consult the vehicle's owner's manual to identify the approved lifting points on the chassis or frame.
- Position the Jack: Roll the American Forge & Foundry 2-Ton Aluminum Floor Jack (208) under the designated lift point. Use the side handle to align the padded saddle beneath the lifting point.
- Raise the Vehicle: Insert the handle into the pump mechanism and pump it to elevate the vehicle to the desired height.
- Place Jack Stands: Once lifted, immediately position jack stands under the vehicle's frame at secure support points. Lower the jack slowly so the vehicle rests securely on the stands. Never work under a vehicle supported only by a jack.
- Lower the Vehicle: After completing the work, use the jack to raise the vehicle slightly, remove the jack stands, then slowly turn the release valve counter-clockwise to lower the vehicle completely. Remove the jack once the vehicle is fully lowered.
