HOW TO USE:
- Preparation: Position the vehicle securely on a lift or over a pit. Ensure the transmission or component is unbolted from the engine/chassis and any necessary lines, sensors, or mounts are disconnected.
- Positioning the Jack: Roll the AFF 3052 transmission jack directly under the component you intend to remove or install.
- Lifting to Component: Using the foot pedal, pump the jack to raise the saddle until it makes contact with the bottom of the transmission or component.
- Securing the Component: Adjust the saddle's position and tilt (forward, backward, or side-to-side) to ensure the component is balanced and centered. Secure the component to the saddle using the provided safety chain and/or safety straps.
- Removal/Installation: Slowly lower the jack using the unique handle release pedal for controlled descent during removal, or precisely raise it to align the component for installation.
- Finishing: Once the task is complete, release the component from the saddle and carefully lower the jack to its lowest position before moving it away from the vehicle.
