HOW TO USE:
- Prepare the Vehicle: Safely lift the vehicle on a hoist to provide adequate clearance for working underneath. Ensure the vehicle is stable and secured.
- Position the Jack: Roll the American Forge & Foundry 3102A transmission jack underneath the vehicle, aligning it directly below the component you intend to service.
- Adjust the Saddle: Position the adjustable saddle to fit the contours of the component. Use the corner bracket to provide additional support.
- Secure the Component: Fasten the safety chain and/or straps around the component and secure it to the jack's saddle.
- Lift the Component: Utilize either the manual hydraulic pump or connect an air source to the air/hydraulic system. Operate the pump to raise the component to the desired height.
- Lower the Component: To lower, slowly release the pressure, allowing the component to descend in a controlled manner.
