HOW TO USE:
- Prepare the Vehicle: Ensure the vehicle is securely lifted on a hoist or placed on jack stands, providing ample working space beneath. The area should be clear of obstructions.
- Position the Jack: Roll the transmission jack under the vehicle and position it directly beneath the transmission or component you intend to work on.
- Adjust the Saddle: Use the adjustable arms on the universal saddle to securely cradle the transmission. Ensure the component is balanced and stable on the saddle.
- Lift the Load: Utilize the foot pedal to pump the hydraulic mechanism, slowly raising the transmission jack until the saddle makes contact and begins to support the transmission's weight. Continue pumping until the transmission is at the desired height for removal or installation.
- Adjust Tilt (if needed): Use the tilting head controls to adjust the front, rear, or side tilt of the transmission as needed to align it perfectly with the engine or mounting points.
- Secure and Work: Once aligned, perform the necessary unbolting, removal, installation, or rebolting procedures.
- Lower the Load: Carefully depress the handle release pedal to slowly and controlledly lower the transmission. Ensure the path is clear as it descends.
- Remove the Jack: Once the transmission is fully supported by other means or installed, roll the jack out from under the vehicle.
