HOW TO USE:
- Prepare the Work Area: Ensure the jack and the load are on a firm, level surface. Chock the wheels of the vehicle or equipment if applicable, and engage the parking brake.
- Position the Jack: Locate the lifting point on the load as recommended by the manufacturer. Place the saddle of the bottle jack directly under this point, ensuring it is centered and stable.
- Close the Release Valve: Firmly turn the release screw clockwise until it is fully closed. Do not overtighten.
- Pump the Handle: Insert the handle into the pumping mechanism. Pump the handle up and down steadily to raise the saddle and lift the load to the desired height. Ensure the load remains stable during lifting.
- Lower the Load: To lower the load, slowly turn the release screw counter-clockwise. Monitor the descent carefully and be prepared to stop if needed. Once the load is fully lowered, remove the jack.
- Storage: After use, clean the jack and store it in a dry, safe place with the ram fully retracted to protect the hydraulic system.
