HOW TO USE:

• Preparation: Ensure the vehicle is parked on a hard, level surface. Engage the parking brake and place wheel chocks on the wheels not being lifted.
• Positioning the Jack: Locate a suitable lifting point on the vehicle's frame or designated jack point, as indicated in your vehicle's owner's manual. Position the American Forge & Foundry 400SS floor jack with the saddle centered directly under the lifting point.
• Lifting the Vehicle: Insert the handle into the pump mechanism. Firmly pump the handle up and down to raise the saddle and lift the vehicle. Continue pumping until the vehicle reaches the desired height.
• Securing the Vehicle: Once the vehicle is lifted, always place sturdy jack stands under appropriate support points before working under the vehicle. Never rely solely on the floor jack to support the vehicle's weight while working underneath.
• Lowering the Vehicle: Carefully remove the jack stands. Slowly turn the universal joint release valve (typically by twisting the handle or a separate knob) counter-clockwise to gently lower the vehicle. Ensure the area around the vehicle is clear as it descends.
• Storage: Once the vehicle is fully lowered and the jack is disengaged, clean any debris from the jack and store it in a clean, dry place.
