HOW TO USE:

• Preparation: Ensure the jack is placed on a firm, level surface. Chock the wheels of the vehicle or equipment being lifted. Identify the correct lifting points as specified by the manufacturer of the item being lifted.
• Connect Air (Optional): If using air-assist, connect an air hose (1/4" NPT fitting) from a compressor with 110 - 125 PSI working pressure to the jack's air inlet.
• Position the Jack: Place the saddle of the jack directly under the designated lifting point. Ensure the saddle is centered and securely in contact.
• Lift the Load:
  • Air-Assist: Open the air control valve on the jack (if applicable) and/or operate the air motor. The ram will extend, lifting the load.
  • Manual: Insert the handle into the pumping sleeve and pump the handle up and down to extend the ram and lift the load.
• Secure the Load: Once the desired height is reached, immediately place appropriate jack stands under the load for safety. Never rely solely on the jack to support a lifted load.
• Lower the Load: Carefully open the release valve slowly. The ram will retract, lowering the load onto the jack stands or to the ground. Once fully lowered, remove the jack.
• Store: Clean the jack and store it in a dry, safe place.
