HOW TO USE:

• Preparation: Ensure the jack is on a stable, level surface. Chock the vehicle's wheels that are not being lifted to prevent movement.
• Positioning: Adjust the handle to one of its three locking positions to maneuver the jack precisely under the vehicle's axle or designated lifting point. Ensure the saddle is centered and securely in contact with the lifting point.
• Connecting Air (Optional): If using air-assisted operation, connect an air supply line to the jack's air inlet. Ensure your air compressor can provide the required working air pressure of 116-174 PSI.
• Lifting the Load: Engage the lifting mechanism. The jack will first lift at 50 tons capacity, then automatically switch to the 25 tons capacity for further extension if needed. Monitor the lift to ensure stability.
• Using Extensions: If additional height is required, safely lower the jack slightly, insert the appropriate 1.75" or 3" extension into the ram, and then continue lifting.
• Securing the Load: Once the desired height is reached, immediately place appropriate jack stands under the vehicle's designated support points before performing any work. Never work under a vehicle supported solely by a jack.
• Lowering the Load: When ready to lower, ensure the area is clear. Slowly open the Descent Metering Valve to allow the ram to retract in a controlled manner. The air-assisted feature will speed up the ram retraction. Once fully lowered, remove the jack.
