HOW TO USE:
- Mount the Reel: Securely mount the hose reel to a sturdy wall, ceiling, or workbench using appropriate hardware. Adjust the roller arm to your preferred position for optimal hose payout.
- Connect Air Supply: Connect your air compressor's main air line to the inlet NPT fitting on the hose reel. Ensure all connections are secure to prevent leaks.
- Connect Air Tool: Attach your pneumatic tool to the 1/4" NPT fitting at the end of the hose.
- Extend Hose: Pull the hose gently to your desired length. The locking mechanism will engage at one of the 8 preset stops.
- Lock Hose: Once the hose locks in place, it will stay extended until you release it.
- Use Air Tool: Operate your pneumatic tool as needed.
- Retract Hose: Give the hose a short, firm tug to disengage the lock. Guide the hose as it retracts using the spring-powered system and self-leveling rewind.
