HOW TO USE:
- Prepare the Press: Ensure the press is set up on a stable, level surface. Connect the air supply to the dual air motor, ensuring the working air pressure is within the specified 110-125 PSI range.
- Adjust Bed Height: Use the heavy-duty cable winch system to raise or lower the press bed to the appropriate height for your workpiece. Lock the bed securely in place.
- Position Workpiece: Carefully place your workpiece on the press bed. Select the appropriate press plates or pin and bearing adapters from the included set and position them to support your workpiece and guide the pressing force accurately.
- Align Ram: Utilize the lateral head adjuster to smoothly move the press ram side-to-side, precisely aligning it over the area of the workpiece that requires pressing.
- Engage Safety Guard: Ensure the shatter-resistant polycarbonate guard is properly positioned to provide maximum protection before initiating the pressing operation.
- Apply Pressure: Engage the dual air motor to begin lowering the ram. Monitor the large, liquid-filled glycerin gauge to accurately observe the applied pressing force. Apply pressure gradually and precisely as needed for your task.
- Release Pressure: Once the task is complete, release the pressure as per the press's operating instructions, allowing the ram to retract safely.
- Remove Workpiece: Carefully remove the pressed workpiece and store the accessories.
