The interchangeable eyepiece allows for easy swapping of the standard variable power eyepiece with a fixed 22-power eyepiece (sold separately) that includes a MIL ranging reticle, ideal for long-range shooting or tactical applications. With Extra-Low Dispersion (ED) glass lenses for superior color resolution and contrast, this spotting scope also boasts AFMC (Advanced Fully Multi-Coated) optics and BaK4 prisms with ESP Dielectric Coating. These features bring exceptional clarity and brightness within reach of most enthusiasts. The robust full metal chassis is both fog proof and waterproof, filled with Argon gas to prevent internal fogging and ensure better thermal stability. Externally, the lenses are treated with XPL coating to resist dirt, oil, and grime, ensuring long-lasting performance.
