HOW TO USE:
- Locate the Tire Valve Stem: Find the valve stem on your tire. If there's a cap, twist it counter-clockwise to remove it.
- Press the Gauge Firmly: Place the open end of the tire gauge straight onto the tire valve stem. Press down firmly and quickly until the hissing sound of air escaping stops or significantly reduces.
- Read the Pressure: The indicator bar will slide out from the end of the gauge. Remove the gauge from the valve stem and read the number on the scale that aligns with the end of the indicator bar. This number represents your tire's pressure in pounds per square inch (PSI).
- Replace Valve Cap: After checking, remember to screw the valve cap back onto the valve stem to prevent dirt and moisture from entering.
- Repeat for All Tires: Check the pressure on all four tires, and don't forget the spare tire if your vehicle has one.
