If supported only by mounting tabs, firmly secure the terminal end and allow the opposite end to be slightly loose to accommodate thermal expansion.
- Wiring: Connect the 240V power supply wires to the #10-32 bolt-type terminals on the heater. Ensure all electrical connections are secure and comply with local electrical codes. For applications requiring temperature control, integrate a compatible external thermostat or control panel, such as a Caloritech™ CPA or CPB unit, into the electrical circuit.
- Power On and Testing: Once installation and wiring are complete, carefully restore power. Monitor the heater's initial operation to confirm it is functioning correctly and heating as expected.
