HOW TO USE:
- Power Off AED: Ensure the HeartSine Samaritan PAD AED is powered off.
- Open Compartment: Open the AED's battery compartment.
- Remove Old Pad-Pak: Remove the expired or used Pad-Pak, if present.
- Insert New Pad-Pak: Insert the new Samaritan® Pediatric Pad-Pak (PAD-PAK-02) into the battery compartment.
- Close Compartment: Close the battery compartment securely.
- Power On AED: Power on the AED and follow the voice prompts.
- Apply Pads: When prompted, apply the pediatric electrode pads to the patient's chest as directed by the images on the pads.
- Allow Analysis: Allow the AED to analyze the heart rhythm and deliver shocks as needed.
