This cobalt HSS reamer is ideal for enlarging and aligning holes in harder metals with high precision. The tapered point allows smooth entry into misaligned holes for accurate results. Its spiral flute design improves chip removal and ensures smoother cutting action. Made from premium-grade cobalt high-speed steel HSS, it drills approximately 30% faster than standard HSS and provides excellent durability. The 135° self-centering split-point reduces walking and lowers thrust requirements, while the bronze surface treatment provides high lubricity for longer tool life.
