Drillco 428A156 7/8 High Spiral Flute 1/2 Shank Construction Reamer is designed for heavy-duty reaming in structural steel fabrication, bridge construction, and other demanding assembly applications. Its tapered point and high spiral flute design allow smooth entry into misaligned or undersized holes while promoting efficient chip removal and precise cutting performance. The 3-flats reduced shank provides a secure grip in the drill chuck. This reamer features four flutes for improved material removal and surface finish, a longer shank suitable for use in turret lathes, and countersinking angles commonly available at 60°, 82°, and 90°.
