HOW TO USE:
- Remove Existing Carburetor: Disconnect the fuel lines, linkages, and any other components connected to the existing carburetor. Remove the carburetor from the intake manifold.
- Install Throttle Body: Mount the FiTech throttle body onto the intake manifold using the provided gaskets and hardware. Connect the throttle linkage and any necessary vacuum lines.
- Install Sensors: Mount the included oxygen sensor in the exhaust system. Install the MAP sensor, IAT sensor, TPS sensor, and IAC motor as per the instructions.
- Install Fuel System: Mount the Force Fuel Mini surge tank in a suitable location. Connect the fuel lines to the tank, fuel filter, and throttle body, ensuring proper routing and secure connections.
- Install Go-Spark Ignition: Install the Go-Spark CDI ignition box and connect it to the distributor, coil, and power source according to the instructions.
- Connect Wiring Harness: Connect the FiTech wiring harness to the sensors, injectors, ECU, and ignition system. Ensure all connections are secure and properly routed.
- Mount ECU and Display: Mount the ECU in a suitable location, away from excessive heat and moisture. Connect the 4.5-inch display to the ECU for monitoring and adjustments.
- Initial Setup and Calibration: Follow the instructions in the FiTech manual to perform the initial setup and calibration of the EFI system. Start the engine and allow the self-learning feature to adjust fuel delivery.
- Fine-Tuning (Optional): If desired, use the 4.5-inch display to fine-tune the EFI system parameters for optimal performance.
