HOW TO USE:
- Preparation: Ensure your LS engine is ready for intake manifold installation. Disconnect the battery.
- Remove Old Intake: Take out the existing intake manifold and related components. Clean the engine’s intake ports.
- Install New Manifold: Place the FiTech 70073 manifold onto the engine, using the included O-ring seals and hardware. Secure the manifold according to the manufacturer’s torque specifications.
- Connect Fuel System: Attach the billet fuel rails and connect the 36 lbs/hr injectors. Connect the fuel crossover and AN fittings.
- Install Throttle Body: Mount the 92mm throttle body. Connect the throttle cable, TPS, and IAC motor.
- Final Checks: Double-check all connections and ensure everything is securely fastened. Reconnect the battery.
- ECU Setup: Connect your chosen Engine Control Unit (ECU) to the system, and program it as needed.
- Test Run: Start the engine and check for any leaks or issues. Make adjustments to the ECU as required.
