HOW TO USE:
- Install the Intake Manifold: Mount the LS3 port intake manifold onto the engine, ensuring proper gasket sealing.
- Mount the Throttle Body: Attach the 92mm throttle body to the intake manifold, connecting the throttle cable.
- Install the Fuel System: Choose your desired fuel pump option (in-tank, inline, or Force Fuel) and install it according to the provided instructions. Connect the fuel lines to the fuel rails and injectors.
- Install the Injectors and Fuel Rails: Mount the 36 lbs/hr injectors into the fuel rails and attach the rails to the intake manifold.
- Install the Ignition Coils: Mount the LS3-style ignition coils onto the engine.
- Connect the Wiring Harness: Connect the custom wiring harness to the ECM, sensors, injectors, and ignition coils.
- Install Sensors: Mount the oxygen sensor, MAP sensor, IAT sensor, TPS sensor, and IAC motor.
- Mount the ECM and Display: Secure the ECM and mount the 4.5-inch touchscreen display.
- Initial Setup: Follow the on-screen instructions to input engine parameters and perform the initial self-tuning process.
- Fine-Tuning: Use the touchscreen display to monitor engine performance and make necessary adjustments.
