HOW TO USE:
- Surface preparation: Ensure all bonding surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dirt, grease, oil, or loose debris. Lightly abrading smooth surfaces can enhance adhesion.
- Application: Apply the adhesive directly and evenly to one of the surfaces you intend to bond. For optimal results, apply to both surfaces.
- Positioning: After applying, allow the adhesive to become slightly tacky for approximately 2 minutes before bringing the two surfaces together.
- Clamping/holding: Firmly press the surfaces together. If possible, clamp or hold the joined items in place until the adhesive begins to set.
- Curing: Allow the bond to cure for at least 24 hours for initial strength. For maximum bond strength and full chemical/water resistance, allow 48 to 72 hours for a complete cure, depending on material porosity, humidity, and ambient temperature. Colder temperatures will extend the cure time.
