HOW TO USE:
- Prepare the Sander: Attach the appropriate 2-3/4" x 8" PSA or Hook & Loop abrasive paper. Align abrasive holes with pad holes if using vacuum assistance.
- Connect Air Supply: Connect to a clean, dry air supply rated for 90 PSI and at least 4.3 CFM.
- Set Up Dust Management (Optional):
- Connect a 1.5" vacuum hose to the vacuum port for vacuum-assisted sanding.
- Attach the detachable dust bag if no vacuum system is available.
- For full extraction, connect a coaxial hose system.
- Adjust Speed: Use a pressure regulator to control air pressure and adjust the sander’s speed for delicate or aggressive tasks.
- Begin Sanding: Hold the tool firmly, allowing its own weight to guide smooth, overlapping straight passes. Avoid excessive pressure.
- Monitor Results: Check progress regularly and adjust technique or abrasive grit as needed.
- Clean Up: Disconnect air supply, remove abrasive sheet, empty dust bag or vacuum system, and wipe down the sander’s pad and exterior.
