HOW TO USE:
- Prepare the fastener: Ensure the damaged fastener is clean and free from debris.
- Drill a pilot hole: Use a 1/4" drill bit to drill a centered hole into the broken fastener deep enough for the extractor to grip securely.
- Insert the extractor: Place the tip of the EX-4 into the pilot hole.
- Apply a turning tool: Use a wrench, tap wrench, or locking pliers to grip the extractor.
- Turn counter-clockwise: Slowly rotate the extractor leftward. The spiral flutes will engage and back out the fastener as torque is applied.
