HOW TO USE:
- Prepare Material: Mix your coating material to the recommended viscosity and strain it to remove any impurities.
- Fill Cup: Pour the prepared coating material into the 700mL aluminum cup and securely attach it to the spray gun.
- Connect Air Supply: Connect your air compressor hose to the spray gun's air inlet. Ensure your air compressor is set to the recommended atomizing air pressure of 14-18 PSI.
- Adjust Controls: Adjust the fluid knob to control material flow and the pattern adjustment knob to set the desired spray pattern width. Test on a practice surface to fine-tune settings.
- Apply Coating: Hold the gun perpendicular to the surface at a consistent distance (typically 6-8 inches). Trigger the gun fully and move it smoothly across the surface, overlapping each pass by about 50%.
- Clean After Use: Immediately after spraying, disconnect the air supply, empty any remaining material, and thoroughly clean the gun with appropriate solvent. Disassemble the air cap and fluid tip for detailed cleaning to prevent clogging.
