HOW TO USE:
- Preparation: Ensure your compressed air system is clean and dry. Connect the air hose to the spray gun's air inlet. Mix and strain your paint or coating material according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Fill the Cup: Pour the prepared material into the 700mL gravity feed cup and securely attach it to the spray gun.
- Adjust Settings: Set the regulator to 19.0 PSI. Adjust the fluid and pattern control knobs to desired settings. Test spray on scrap material to fine-tune.
- Spraying Technique: Hold the spray gun 6–8 inches from the surface. Spray in smooth, even, overlapping passes. Start and end each pass beyond the edges of the workpiece.
- Cleaning: Empty the cup after use. Disassemble and clean the nozzle, cup, and fluid passages with the proper solvent. Use a brush for thorough cleaning. Lubricate parts as needed before storing.
