HOW TO USE:
- Preparation: Ensure your work area is well-ventilated and prepare your paint by properly mixing and straining it according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Attach Cup: Securely attach the PC4S 400mL side gravity cup to the spray gun.
- Fill Cup: Carefully pour the prepared paint into the cup, ensuring not to overfill.
- Connect Air Supply: Connect your air compressor hose to the air inlet of the spray gun. Set your compressor to the recommended atomizing air pressure of 0.2 MPa (28 psi).
- Adjust Controls: Adjust the fluid control knob (typically on the side or rear) to regulate the amount of paint flow. Adjust the air cap (front) to control the spray pattern shape (round to fan). Test the spray pattern on a test surface to achieve desired results.
- Spraying Technique: Hold the gun perpendicular to the surface at a consistent distance (usually 6-8 inches). Apply paint in even, overlapping passes. Release the trigger at the end of each pass.
- Cleaning: After use, disconnect the air supply. Empty any remaining paint from the cup. Thoroughly clean the cup, air cap, fluid nozzle, and needle using appropriate cleaning solvents or water for water-based paints.
