HOW TO USE:
- Preparation: Ensure your work area is well-ventilated, preferably a spray booth. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including safety glasses, a respirator or mask, and gloves. Ensure the spray gun is clean and properly assembled.
- Material Loading: Mix your high-solid primer or high-viscosity material according to the manufacturer's instructions. Pour the prepared material into the 600mL gravity cup, ensuring it is securely attached to the gun.
- Air and Fluid Connection: Connect your air hose to the spray gun's air inlet (G1/4" M). Ensure your air compressor is set to the recommended atomizing air pressure of 0.29 MPa (43 PSI).
- Adjustments: Before spraying your workpiece, perform test sprays on a scrap surface. Adjust the fluid control knob to regulate the paint flow and the pattern width control to achieve your desired spray fan.
- Spraying Technique: Hold the gun perpendicular to the surface, maintaining a consistent distance. Move the gun smoothly across the surface, overlapping each pass to ensure even coverage. Release the trigger at the end of each pass.
- Cleaning: After completing your work, disconnect the air supply. Empty any remaining material from the cup. Disassemble the fluid nozzle, air cap, and needle, and thoroughly clean all parts with appropriate cleaning solvents. Reassemble the gun once all parts are clean and dry.
