HOW TO USE:
- Preparation: Ensure your paint is properly mixed and strained. Attach the PCG6PM 600mL gravity cup to the spray gun.
- Connect Air Supply: Connect an air hose from your compressor to the AK-1B2 regulator, which is then attached to the spray gun.
- Adjust Air Pressure: Using the AK-1B2 regulator, set the air inlet pressure to 20 PSI as recommended for compliant operation.
- Fill Cup: Carefully pour the prepared paint into the gravity cup. Securely fasten the cup lid.
- Adjust Spray Pattern: Test the spray pattern on a practice surface. Adjust the fluid knob and fan pattern knob on the gun to achieve the desired coverage and atomization.
- Apply Paint: Maintain a consistent distance and speed while spraying. Overlap each pass by approximately 50% to ensure even coverage.
- Clean After Use: After painting, empty any remaining paint from the cup. Disassemble the cup and clean all paint contact parts thoroughly with appropriate cleaning solvents.
