HOW TO USE:

1. Connect to Pressure System: Ensure your pressure pot or pump system is properly set up and filled with the desired coating. Connect the LPH101-081P spray gun to the fluid hose from your pressure system and the air hose from your compressor.
2. Adjust Air Pressure: Set your air compressor to the recommended operating pressure of 38 PSI (0.26 MPa) at the gun.
3. Test Spray Pattern: Begin with a test panel to fine-tune your spray pattern and fluid delivery. Adjust the fluid knob and air cap to achieve the desired atomization and pattern width.
4. Application: Hold the gun perpendicular to the surface at a consistent distance (around 200mm or 7.9 inches) and apply even, overlapping passes. Release the trigger at the end of each pass.
5. Clean After Use: Thoroughly clean the gun immediately after each use with appropriate cleaning solvents to prevent paint from drying inside and ensure optimal performance for future applications.
