HOW TO USE:
- Prepare the Paint: Mix your paint to the manufacturer's recommended viscosity for HVLP spray guns and filter it to remove any impurities.
- Attach the Cup: Securely attach the 400mL gravity cup (PC4S) to the top of the spray gun.
- Fill the Cup: Pour the prepared paint into the gravity cup.
- Connect Air Supply: Connect an air hose from your air compressor to the air inlet on the spray gun.
- Set Air Pressure: Adjust your air compressor regulator to supply 14 PSI of air pressure to the spray gun.
- Adjust Settings: Prior to painting, test the spray pattern on a scrap piece of material. Adjust the fluid knob to control paint flow and the pattern knob to achieve the desired spray fan shape and size (up to 7.1 inches).
- Apply Paint: Hold the spray gun at a consistent distance from the surface, typically 6–8 inches, and use smooth, even strokes, overlapping each pass by approximately 50%.
- Clean After Use: Immediately after painting, clean the spray gun thoroughly using appropriate cleaning solvents to prevent paint from drying inside.
