HOW TO USE:
- Preparation: Ensure your pressure pot system and air compressor are properly set up and clean. Verify that your material is filtered and at the correct viscosity for spraying.
- Connect Equipment: Securely connect the fluid hose from your pressure pot to the fluid inlet on the spray gun, and the air hose from your compressor to the air inlet on the gun.
- Adjust Air Pressure: Set your air compressor regulator to provide 28.0 PSI at the gun's air inlet while the trigger is pulled.
- Adjust Fluid Pressure: Adjust the fluid pressure from your pressure pot to achieve the desired material flow rate (up to 200 ml/min for this gun) and proper atomization in conjunction with the air pressure.
- Test Spray: Perform a test spray on a scrap piece of material to verify the pattern, atomization, and fluid output. Make any necessary fine adjustments to air and fluid pressures.
- Apply Material: Hold the gun perpendicular to the surface at the recommended distance. Begin your stroke before pulling the trigger, release the trigger after completing the stroke, and overlap each pass by approximately 50% to ensure even coverage.
- Clean Up: After use, thoroughly clean the spray gun following the manufacturer's guidelines, flushing all fluid passages and cleaning the air cap and nozzle.
