HOW TO USE:
- Preparation: Ensure your air compressor is set to the recommended work pressure of 16 psi (1.1 bar). Clean the spray gun thoroughly before its first use and between color changes. Prepare your paint by mixing it to the manufacturer's specifications for viscosity.
- Fill the Cup: Pour the prepared paint into the 600mL plastic gravity cup and securely attach it to the spray gun.
- Adjust Settings: Adjust the air cap, fluid needle, and fan pattern to achieve your desired spray pattern and paint flow. A test spray on a scrap piece of material is highly recommended to fine-tune these settings.
- Spray Technique: Hold the gun perpendicular to the surface at a consistent distance (typically 6–8 inches). Apply paint using smooth, overlapping passes, triggering the gun at the beginning of each pass and releasing at the end. Maintain a consistent speed and distance for even coverage.
- Cleanup: Immediately after use, empty any remaining paint from the cup. Disassemble the cup and nozzle components. Clean all paint-contacting parts with appropriate solvent or cleaning solution, then rinse thoroughly. Reassemble the gun once clean and dry.
