HOW TO USE:
- Preparation: Ensure your primer, sealer, or filler is properly mixed and strained according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Attach Cup: Securely attach the 600mL plastic gravity cup, filled with your prepared material, to the spray gun.
- Connect Air Hose: Connect your air compressor hose to the 1/4" air inlet on the spray gun.
- Set Air Pressure: Adjust your air compressor regulator to achieve the recommended 20 PSI at the gun's inlet.
- Test Spray: Before applying to your workpiece, perform a test spray on a piece of scrap material or cardboard to check the spray pattern and atomization. Adjust the fluid and fan controls as needed for your desired output.
- Application: Hold the gun perpendicular to the surface, maintaining a consistent distance. Apply the material in even, overlapping passes.
- Cleanup: Immediately after use, clean the spray gun thoroughly with appropriate cleaning solvents to prevent material from drying inside and clogging the passages. Disassemble necessary parts for a complete cleaning.
