HOW TO USE:
- Prepare the Material: Mix your primer or sealer according to the manufacturer's specifications. Strain the material to remove any impurities.
- Fill the Cup: Pour the prepared material into the 600 ml gravity feed cup. Securely attach the cup to the spray gun.
- Connect Air Supply: Attach your air hose to the G 1/4"M air inlet on the spray gun. Ensure your air compressor can provide the necessary CFM (12.0 - 13.5 CFM) and set the regulator to 28 psi (2.0 bar) at the gun inlet.
- Adjust Settings: Adjust the fluid needle and fan pattern controls to achieve your desired spray pattern and material flow. Test the spray on a scrap piece to fine-tune the settings before applying to your workpiece.
- Apply Material: Hold the gun perpendicular to the surface at a consistent distance. Trigger the gun fully and move at an even pace, overlapping each pass by approximately 50% for uniform coverage. Release the trigger at the end of each pass.
- Clean After Use: Immediately after finishing, disconnect the air supply and empty any remaining material from the cup. Thoroughly clean the gun, including the cup, nozzle, air cap, and fluid passages, using appropriate cleaning solvents.
