HOW TO USE:
- Prepare the Surface: Ensure the surface to be painted is clean, dry, and properly prepared according to the material manufacturer's instructions.
- Mix Material: Prepare your paint or sealer as per the manufacturer's specifications. Strain the material to remove any impurities that could clog the gun.
- Fill the Cup: Pour the prepared material into the 600 mL plastic gravity cup attached to the top of the spray gun.
- Connect Air Supply: Attach an air hose to the G 1/4"M air inlet on the spray gun and connect it to your air compressor. Set your compressor's regulator to the recommended work pressure of 29 PSI (2.0 bar).
- Adjust Settings: Before spraying, perform test sprays on a scrap piece of material. Adjust the fluid needle for material flow, the fan control knob for pattern width, and the air cap for atomization until you achieve the desired spray pattern and finish.
- Begin Spraying: Hold the gun perpendicular to the surface, maintaining a consistent distance (typically 6-8 inches). Apply even, overlapping passes. Release the trigger at the end of each pass.
- Clean After Use: Immediately after use, thoroughly clean the spray gun. Disassemble the air cap, fluid nozzle, and fluid needle. Clean all parts with appropriate cleaning solutions. Run cleaner through the gun until it sprays clear.
