HOW TO USE:
- Preparation: Ensure your workspace is well-ventilated and free of debris. Wear safety glasses, ear protection, and a dust mask. Secure your workpiece to a stable surface using clamps.
- Adjustments: Set the desired cutting depth using the handwheel. Select the appropriate infeed speed (16 FPM for hardwoods, 20 FPM for softwoods) based on material type.
- Planing: Power on the planer and let it reach full speed. Guide the board slowly and evenly through the machine, applying light pressure. Repeat passes for additional material removal until the desired thickness is achieved.
- Dust Collection: Connect the dust port to a compatible dust collection system to minimize dust in your shop.
