HOW TO USE:
- Deployment: To open the knife, locate the flipper tab on the back of the blade. Apply light, quick pressure to the flipper tab in a downward or outward motion. The SpeedSafe® assisted opening will activate, smoothly rotating the blade into the open and locked position.
- Gripping: Once open, grip the carbon fiber handle firmly, ensuring your fingers are clear of the blade's edge. The handle's ergonomic design provides a secure and comfortable hold for various cutting tasks.
- Cutting: Use the razor-sharp CPM 154 blade for slicing, piercing, or detailed work as needed. Always cut away from your body and maintain awareness of your surroundings.
- Closing: To close the knife, firmly hold the handle. With your thumb, push the liner lock mechanism (located inside the handle, pressing against the blade's base) to the side, disengaging the blade from its locked position. Once disengaged, carefully pivot the blade back into the handle until it is fully closed.
- Securing (Tip-Lock): After closing, slide the Tip-Lock mechanism (a small slider near the blade's tip when closed) into its locked position to prevent accidental opening during carry.
