HOW TO USE:
- Opening the Blade: Locate the thumb stud on either side of the blade near the pivot. Apply firm, outward pressure to the thumb stud with your thumb. The SpeedSafe® assisted opening mechanism will engage, quickly propelling the blade into the fully open and locked position.
- Gripping the Knife: Once open, firmly grip the handle. The Trac-Tec inserts are designed to enhance your hold, providing stability. Ensure your fingers are clear of the blade's path during use.
- Performing Cutting Tasks: Utilize the sharp edge of the blade for your desired task, whether it's slicing, piercing, or general cutting. Always cut away from your body and maintain control of the knife.
- Closing the Blade: With the blade open, locate the liner lock inside the handle. Carefully push the liner lock to the side (towards the spine of the blade) to disengage the locking mechanism. Once disengaged, gently fold the blade back into the handle. Ensure your fingers are clear of the blade's path as it closes.
- Carrying the Knife: The reversible pocket clip allows for convenient and secure carry. You can attach it to your pocket, belt, or gear for easy access. The clip can be configured for either tip-up or tip-down carry based on your preference.
