HOW TO USE:
- Opening the Blade: Locate the thumb stud on the blade. Apply light pressure to the thumb stud and push outwards. The SpeedSafe® assisted opening mechanism will engage, swiftly deploying the blade into the locked position.
- Using the Blade: For general cutting tasks, use the plain edge. For cutting fibrous materials like rope or seatbelts, utilize the partially serrated section of the blade. Always cut away from your body and maintain a firm grip.
- Using the Glassbreaker: In an emergency situation requiring glass breakage (e.g., a vehicle window), grasp the handle firmly. Position the carbide glassbreaker tip against the corner of the glass, away from anyone inside. Apply firm, direct pressure or strike the glass with the tip to break it.
- Closing the Blade: Locate the inset liner lock inside the handle. Push the liner lock to the side to disengage it from the blade. Carefully fold the blade back into the handle until it is fully closed.
- Carrying the Knife: Utilize the reversible pocket clip to secure the knife to your pocket, belt, or gear. Adjust the clip position (tip-up or tip-down) based on your preference for draw and carry comfort.
