HOW TO USE:

• Opening the Blade: Locate the nail nick on the blade. Place your thumbnail into the nail nick and apply upward pressure, pulling the blade away from the handle. You will feel a slight resistance as the detent balls release, and the blade will then move smoothly. The blade will stop securely in a half-open position before you fully extend it. Continue pulling until the blade is fully open and the detent balls engage to hold it in the open position.
