HOW TO USE:
- Prepare for Opening: Hold the knife firmly in one hand, ensuring your fingers are clear of the blade's path.
- Engage the Flipper: Place your index finger on the flipper tab, which protrudes from the spine of the closed knife.
- Initiate Opening: Apply a firm, downward pressure to the flipper tab. The KVT ball-bearing system will allow the blade to rotate smoothly out of the handle.
- Lock Blade Open: Continue the opening motion until you hear and feel the frame lock engage, securing the blade in the fully open position. Visually confirm the lock bar is fully engaged against the blade tang.
- For Closing: Carefully disengage the frame lock by pushing the lock bar inward, away from the blade. While holding the lock bar, gently fold the blade back into the handle with your other hand until it is fully closed and secured.
