    1. Open the Knife: Hold the knife firmly in one hand. Use your thumb to push up on the thumb disk located on the blade. Apply consistent pressure until the blade fully extends and you hear a click, indicating the frame lock has engaged.
    2. Ensure Lock Engagement: Before use, visually confirm that the frame lock has fully engaged, securing the blade firmly in the open position.
    3. Perform Cutting Task: Use the sharp blade for your intended cutting task. Always cut away from your body and maintain a firm grip on the handle.
    4. Close the Knife: Grasp the handle firmly. Use your thumb to push the frame lock bar, which is on one side of the handle, away from the blade's base. Once the lock is disengaged, carefully fold the blade back into the handle well.
    5. Store Safely: Once closed, use the deep-carry pocket clip to secure the knife in your pocket for safe and convenient transport.
