HOW TO USE:

• Pocket carry: Place the folded Kershaw 6034TRAINER into your pocket with the Emerson Wave feature positioned to catch on the pocket seam. The reversible pocket clip allows for tip-up carry on either the left or right side.
• Drawing and opening (Wave Feature): Grip the knife through your pocket. As you withdraw the knife, allow the Wave-shaped tab on the blade to catch on the edge of your pocket. Continue pulling upward, and the blade will deploy and lock into place as it clears the pocket.
• Manual opening (Thumb Disk): Alternatively, for a more controlled opening, hold the closed knife in your hand. Place your thumb on the textured disk located on the blade and push outwards to swing the blade open until it locks securely.
• Closing the knife: With a firm grip on the handle, use your thumb to push the frame lock (the steel portion of the handle) away from the blade’s tang. Once the lock is disengaged, carefully fold the blade back into the handle.
• Practice repetition: Repeat these steps safely to build muscle memory and improve your speed and efficiency in deploying the knife. Always ensure the area is clear and free from obstructions during practice.
