The dye is injected into the low-side of the A/C system and circulates with the refrigerant. HOW TO USE:
- Ensure the A/C system is properly charged and operational.
- Connect the dye injector tool to the low-side service port of the A/C system.
- Measure the correct amount of dye using the integrated twin-neck bottle's measuring chamber.
- Inject the dye into the A/C system, allowing it to circulate with the refrigerant.
- Run the vehicle's A/C for approximately 15-20 minutes to allow the dye to circulate throughout the system.
- Using a UV leak detection light, scan all A/C components, including hoses, fittings, and the compressor, looking for a fluorescent green glow, which indicates a leak.
