HOW TO USE:
- Identify the filter: Locate the oil or fuel filter on your vehicle.
- Attach the socket: Place the 24mm socket onto the hex-shaped nut on the filter.
- Secure the socket: Use a ratchet or breaker bar to tighten the socket onto the filter.
- Remove the filter: Turn the socket counterclockwise until the filter is loose and can be removed by hand.
- Install the new filter: Apply a thin coat of fresh oil to the gasket of the new filter. Thread the filter onto the engine block until it makes contact with the gasket. Tighten the filter by hand until it's snug, then use the socket and ratchet to tighten it an additional 3/4 to 1 turn.
